Hello, going on 3 weeks now, am not expecting over night results, but am not displeased the program either.
the question i have is about toning up.

should u do this exercise after the regular exercise, or is it ok to do this by itself, and how often should it be done to ensure u are going to keep your gains?

I would really like some feedback on this guys, I don't want to go through all this work only to lose what I worked so hard for.
