Hi all,

I've been on the program for 4 wks now and although I haven't really noticed any length or girth gains (I'm not expecting any just yet as i'm aware it takes time), my penis' head seems to be more pointed. Could anyone who has experienced this tell me if i'm on the right track, ie is this the first step to gains, - is such an experience normal?
I'm going to be patient and dedicated. My routine is:

SG device average 7 hrs p/day
exercises 30mins (std jelqs, long schlong, held jelqs, pc exercise)- 3days on 1 day off
prosolution pills

I would go 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off to start a teady diet of 3 / 1 could be over training at the beginning I think. Beyond that your golden, just remember intensity. I posted my sucess story on the sticky. :sm14

It's probably fine..we've all experienced this at one point..just work on the girth more if you want to beef it up you know?
