I have decent girth but it is my length that I am dissatisfied with. I was wondering if anyone out there has a sure fire method for gaining 2- 2.5 inches. I have only been on the program for less than a week and a half and I also use the prosolution pills. I am about 5.9-6.0 inches long and 5-5.5 inches thick. My goal is to be 7.5-8.0 inches long. For me these measurement would be a sufficient length. A 1 inch girth increase would be nice but not as important as the length is for me. My flaccid length is pathetic and would like to increase this as well. Any solid advice I am willing to listen to and will take all advice with an open mind. Thank you in advance.

Well, I can tell you a couple things. First, all the exercises that are available here have been shown to get results through trial and error! All of the various length exercises that are listed work. Same goes for girth exercises, too! I suggest you keep with a routine for a few weeks while you get used to the program.
Results tend to realize themselves over a period of time. By performing the warming-up, stretching, jelquing, and various other exercises related to PE, you will gradually, but surely, experience gains. However, jelquing would provide impetus for the penis to develop length and girth. Performing an exercise such as sitting on your flaccid penis for various lengths of time will add to flaccid gain.
You'll have to give the exercises a legitimate chance to prove themselves to you. Your goals are attainable, however, you will have to be dedicated to reach it. Try breaking up your ultimate goal into sections, like 1/2 inch increments. This way, you will remain in a positive frame of mind when PE'ing. 1/2 inch is easier to achieve than 2-2 1/2. It's sort of like leading the donkey along with a carrot! :D
Just stay committed and be positive and the results will happen. :D
