Hi, i have made the excercises for about 1 month, my question is???
there are 3 diferents times for each level, (i mean begginer 7 mins, 20 mins and 35 mins, how many months do i have to do each one, and the same for the next levels, how many weeks is the best?????.....thanks, sorry but my english is not too good, but i understand 9 levels (begginer 7,20,35........intermediate 7,20,35......and advanced 7,20 and 35.........how many weeks for each level?????:sm26

try 3-4 weeks.. and see how the results come.. if gains come good at a specific point, try to stay there until gains are minimized.. no need to move on unnecessarily if getting gains

i'm no moderator and have had moderate success

i am in the begginer workout 7-10 mins.somebody can tell me how many reps to do in each exercise, because it comes only for minutes
the wake up cloth 1 min
the long shlong 3 minutes
the jelq 3 minutes
horizontal movement 2 minutes
the wake uo cloth 1 minute
pc flex basic how many reps??

For the first two weeks limit your stretches to 15 sec. each, then three weeks at 20 sec., then move on to 30 sec. and stay there. At that point increase the reps not the length of the stretch time per rep.

thanks turtle, but i think i did not do the correct question, is because im mexican and i dont speak much english, but the think i want to know how many reps i have to do in each exercise....(begginer 7-10 mins)
long shlong says 3 minutes, how many reps????25,50,100????
the jelq says 3 minutes
horizontal movement says 2 minutes

and finally, how many weeks i will do this routine (begginer 7-10 mins).........thanks and sorry for my english!!!!!

It's called division. Three minutes of LS if you do 15 sec. reps then you do 12 reps, 20 sec. would be 9 reps, and 30 sec. would be 6 reps. Figure that jelqing at the correct speed translates into about 20 jelqs per minute.

Sorry you asked something at the end, and I didn't respond. Stick with the 7-10 min routine for two weeks and then move on to the 20 to 25 minute routine. I stuck with 25 min for over 6 months. It will work for you.
