I have been working out and taking the pill for 4 weeks now.I didn't get lenght yet but its harder now then before( no Girth). I have been doing 2 mins warm up and 200 reps of Jelq's / 2 mins cool down( 3 days on / 1day off / 1 day on / 2 days off) Will this work for lenght? I don't have time to do much more. Just wanted to know if I'm waisting my time?

Is jelqing the only exercise you're doing? Not only is that not nearly enough for length, but the basic jelq is just that: basic. You won't get much gains unless you jazz up you're routine a bit. Read some other posts about the kinds of stretches you can do as well as other girth exercises. And the occasional ball massage never hurt either. This should jump start your results. when doing the exercise integrate it with your shower. The shower is your warmup and warmdown. while in there you can do length stretches in there so it doesn't seem as much like putting time aside. If you take a 20 minutes shower and use 5-7 minutes of it for actual cleaning that gives you 13 minutes perfect to get in the minimum jelq's, stretches and more advanced stuff. I really recommend the squeeze and hold techniques for girth after you do the warm up and jelq's, cannot remember the name but it is a more advanced jelq or something. As well just practice the stretching with helicoptor and out, left, right, down, and up stretches. All these for 15 seconds and multiple times for each direction(4-5 times) I have gained .25 inches in length and .375 in girth after 4 weeks(of which 2 weeks my wife has been home because she left her job so it have been a little more sporadic) . If you are dilligent it will work I promise but you really have to work it after warming up or nothing will happen. Just eat healthy don't smoke and keep well hydrated (avoid too much boozing) I honestly can tell when my penis doesn't want to workout after a night of partying because the blood vessels constrict when you smoke and are dehydrated so it makes it much more difficult to do girth stuff successfully. hope that helps.

If your looking for length gains your not doing any length exercises. If you go to penis-health.com, the basic routine is warm up long schlong, power stretch, jelq, horizontal movement, warm down. The 2 stretchign exercises help with length, jelq does both but mostly girth, horizontal movement is for girth. So you may want to extend your workout a bit.
