I just read in one of the threads that we do not want to spend hours peing and so I understand that we may want to get a life so to speak and not spend lots of time a day peing so does this mean we should just do it once and be done or can we break into sessions like say if it normally takes 40 mins. could one do 20 min wait an hour or and do the other 20 min or just do the whole 40 and move on. Also it was suggested in one othe threads I read that we should not have sex right after pe and that we should have sex in am and pe in the evening. Is there anything wrong with peing in the morning when you first get up and having sex at night. I ask because I usually do mine in the am because I have privacy and then I warm down in shower. I can actually see and feel gains although it be a little at a time but I want to make sure I maximize what I do. Also what do you recommend for stanima pe I am mainly working on girth right now especially while flacid. My length is ok for me at the moment and please let me know if it is normal for my gains to be with an ercet penis and not while flacid.
Please let me know if I am posting properly as well as I do not want to go against any regulations.

Thanks for taking the time out to read the important sticky threads and FAQs. A lot of your initial questions may have been answered already. As for posting correctly? no problems that I can see.
There are no hard and fast rules with PE, as it is understood that we are all individual and as such have different things going on in our lives all the time. The important thing is to set aside dedicated time for a regular routine. If a split routine works well for you, then go for it. Better that than not doing PE at all. As far as sexual activity goes, it is generally recommended that you refrain from it for at least 3 hours before and after a workout, Girth exercises require a fairly high degree of erection to work well, so the 3 hour leadin will allow some timefor your dick to recover enough to maintain the required erection levels. Likewise with post PE, you want to maintain the engorgement from the exercises for as long as possible so that healing in the enlarged state can occur. If you blow your load straight after PE, your dick will be spent and shrink accordingly. Of course, this is sometimes very hard to adhere to and so it must only be seen to be a guideline, after all, why would you want to PE for the sake of improving your sex life if you end up sacrificing sex? I still enjoy blowing my load straight after some of my my workouts ;)
As far as gains go, most people find that they see increase in flaccid length and girth before erect gains. Again, this can vary from person to person.
As for stamina? Go with the PC exercises, they work a treat.

I don't think that PE in the morning or evening is a matter. I do PE in the morning and dont spend time more than 30 min. I am very happy with the results. For me morning wokrs very well because no one is at home. some time my wife is there and she knows but don't bother me. And yes it is good habit to not to have a sex after PE. There can be many resons for that and one is very obivious that your pc musscle is tired and you can cum early and loose the fun of sex without satisfying your partner.

Big Al I am sorry for the double posting I was not sure if I was doing thing right because I started to see other messages that seem to be getting further away than mine and was not sure if maybe I had did the posting correctly but now I know and will try to make sure I post properly and only once in the future. With that said I would like to thank you for your repsone. I am must curious by what you meant by blasting your penis with a hard intense, brief work that will last for days. I am not one that pe's for hours for one I don't have the time and second I don't think we should have to but I keep reading threads that most men take 30 to 60 min with 2 on 1 off and 3 on and 1 off and I was curious as to why there is such a large variation of length of time spent by lots of guys . I just want to do something that will work and take less time. Can you give me routine that will allow me to blast my penis hard so that I can have more rest days. I mainly want to work on my girth because it is nowhere as fat as I want it be right now. Also my penis itches inside after I work out is that a sign of the exercises working or not. Just tell what to do and I will listen.
