I signed up for PH about 3 months ago, it was well worth it and well worth the money. But a few things first....

I actually first started PE over a year ago, I signed up for massivemember, did that for almost 4 weeks and saw absolutely nothing in the erect gains department. I was highly disappointed and thought that PE was absolute BS. Then over 3 months ago I was poopin' around on the net and stumbled across www.penis-health.com. I thought I would check it out....it was one of the best decisions of my life.

I was into PE for another 3 weeks and I saw minimal gains. I thought to myself....damnit....not again. I then decided to check out the forum and thus another great decision. I read many posts about people and there true experiences with PE. I read a post about how the real trick to PE is to stick with it, never stop, keep a good attitude and your gains will come. Needless to say that was probably one of the best posts Ive ever read, because it almost forced me to get back into PE, which is exactly what I did. I was also armed with Prosolution Pills, which added an extra boost in my self confidence. I was ready for another go at it.

Flashforward 3 months and here I am. I started out at around 6.2 NPBEL, 4.5 EG.....Im now at 6.5 NBPEL (7.5 BPEL) and 5-5.1 EG. Wow, I almost cant even believe my eyes(literally). I figure in a couple of years of PEing(I can almost guarantee that!) I will be at my goal of 8x6. I owe all of this to you...all of you. The moderators, the forum members, you have changed my life. People like you is what makes this such a wonderful world, willing to give out advice and try to help one another. Im forever in debt to you, even though I will probably never really know you, still, its the thought of it.

For all of you who are being drowned by minimal gains...stick with it, the gains will come. Keep positice and always seek out advice here in the forum, because the people here are wonderful and always have an answer to your question.

Once again, I am forver in debt to all of you. My life has gotten sooo much better, especially my confidence. I had thoughts of suicide and many other things like that, but ever since Ive been on PE, I have a whole new outlook on life. I have you to thank for it.

Happy PEing to you all, may gains come to you like water over a waterfall.

Thank you for your time,
Chuck

ChuckDogg: that was an excellent post! You have inspired me.
It is great to hear of just such a positive influence that PE has had on you. It also has improved my confidence and I feel a lot more positive about myself and as a result, it indirectly affects other people around me, too!

:)

NBPEL-Lenght of penis when measuring regularly, from base to the tip of the penis

BPEL-Taking the ruler and pressing it to the pelvic bone for measurment, This method is very good for measuring gains because erections can vary day to day, I believe this method is more accurate gains wise.

NBPEL is what you physically see, when you have an erection. You can even measure NBPFL, Non Bone Pressed Flaccid Length. This is where you will usually see the first positive results of PE, in flaccid length/girth.

BPEL is the preferrable method to measuring the length of your penis in order to come up with a more reliable measurement for charting gains. It is important that wherever you choose to start the measurement point from, that you consistently use this point in order to take away any factors that might unduly affect your measurement.

For example, if you measured when sitting down, continue to make all measurements from the sitting position. Believe it or not, standing vs sitting, the measurements differ slightly.

It is a good idea to take different types of measurements, in order to keep track of just where you have made gains.

Well put Tigerbartlett

Ive noticed Im almost 1/4" shorter when standing up than sitting down, so I like to measure sitting down which goes w/out saying :D
