I just received my free consult about a week ago, been doing 3 on 1 off the first 3 days I noticed a dramatic improvement in flaccid state (5 in. flaccid), after 1 off, the second set of 3, today being the 3rd day, I've noticed my flaccid length is back dn to 4in. and the girth is almost gone. Is there something I could be doing wrong? Or is this normal? Please guys, I need some advise on this 1.:confused:

Here are some suggestions which may or may not help you out:

Are you using the same intensity, or maybe it is the lack thereof, that may have an effect on your results! Try to maintain a steady intensity, if nothing try not to go below the intensity level that you have been normally doing the exercises at!

Maybe, with your new routine, it has some more advanced exercises, or that you may have, in fact, increased the intensity and/or duration of your PE session, that you may have to take an additional day off in order to heal. I take an extra day off if I feel that I have just finished a really intense session. It's okay to do this.

Overtraining is usually the culprit that causes your penis to not heal, and regenerate and repair the broken down cells, tissues, skin, vessels, etc, properly, thus affecting any potential for growth. Overtraining can sometimes cause an affect such as actually impeding growth, something that we want to avoid!

Here's a tip which you can try out: after completion of your PE session, within the next couple hours, get and maintain several erections for a few minutes at a time. Doing this will keep your penis in an engorged state a while after you have done PE.
