I have been a member now of PH for about two months but have not yet started a program as I have read some of the side effects people are getting, like bruising, soreness, spots, lack of erection etc. was just wondering whether all this is worth it if in the end your going to end up with a messed up looking penis and problems with your erections. can anyone assure me that this has safe outcomes on your penis

Is it worth it?
In my opinion YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been PE'ing for alittle over a yr and when I first started I had a problem w/ what looked like tears on my shaft due to irritation from hair and my growing.
I used vitamin K lotion and it healed them right up. I havent had a problem since.
PE'ing has made me stronger and I think makes my unit look better, more fit.
But you have to do it smart. You've been hanging out here for two months and hopefully you've also read the "how to's" and "how not to's" by our vets here, who btw have helped me out immensly.
They have put me on the right path and when I do something stupid they tell me.
W/out them I'm don't think I would have had the success I'm currently enjoying.
So ask questions, they'll even give you a good starter workout to follow for the first few months.
Hope that helps,

Worth every penny, best buy of my life. Just listen and obey to the instructions and the people who know. And remember...patience.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Curly,
I've been doing this now for a few months and very satisfied. However, I've learned that there is a real fine line between maximum results and over doing it that causes the things you described to happen to long. Even with a slight mistake though, you can be smart, let things heal, and get to know what your body can take without any permanent damage and some great results in the end!
