I just thought i would start this thread off and say it seems to be the case on here that most newbies want fast gains, hey even I admit it as i do also. I have been on the program for just over three weeks now and can say that nothing spectacular has happened yet. I have also purchased a new power jelq to aid in my program and some pro plus pils (Which I am still awating delivery of) my program is a consultaion one. What I am getting at here is give it time, I have the enthusiasm and persistence that I intend to see this through and if it takes 3,6, or 12 months to get there then so be it if that's what it takes. Keep your routine up and do not expect a snake in your pants just after your first week.
This forum has helped me no end and it is interesting to view all the comments please add your view here also as i think that 3 months at least is what you should give it to see some results.
