i just read on some site that penis enlargement is fake, it doesnt work
pls tell me if this is true
ive been doing pe for nearly 3 moths and havnt really seen anything

my work out consists of
1 min warm up
3min pressured shlong
3min jelq and hold
2min power strech
1 min warm down
but i havnt got enough time to do the long workouts
pls help thanks

With the 7-10 min. advanced workout that you are doing, you will have slow gains.
Since you say you have been doing PE for 3 months, it is time to increase the intensity of your workout. In other words…do your workouts by applying more force without creating discomfort and pain.
Work your program into a 2 days on, 1 day off...or...if you'd like...3 days on, 1 day off routine.
Be sure that you are following the PE exercise exactly as they are described, and view the videos for specifics on performing these exercises correctly.
Also, the warm-up and warm-down are very critical to achieving any gain at all, so I would like to recommend that you increase the time to 3-min. for warm-up and warm-down.
I’ve also noticed that you have not been doing your PC flexes. This is very important towards achieving gains as well, because it helps to increase blood flow throughout the penis during exercises. This increase in blood flow will help increase your gains overall.
One final note: If you desire to achieve quicker gains and do not have the time for longer workouts, I would like to recommend taking ProSolutionPills (www.prosolutionpills.com). I take them for two reasons; (1) I am a hard gainer…and..(2) They work!

One thing I want to say is that I see some free sights on the web with good info on increasing size. The only thing is that they do not explain everything perfectly. You are beter off signing up for a place with videos because then you actualy get to see how its done. This way you will not end up acidently hurting yourself or get poor results. I wont post some free web pages unless Edward says its ok. If he does though remember only to use them for understanding the basic concept and not doing the real movements.
I have been using the old techniques for about 2 years now and have put on 2 inches in length. Im not sure on girth though. So they do work 100% true. The main thing to remember is that it takes TIME and PATIENCE!
I have been to Penis-Health which was recomended by the link Edward gave us. Most of the content I have seen before but for someone who doesnt know the exercises and needs to learn them properly its a good sight. I would recomend it. Plus everything has a video.
Oh the pills they have listed do help some but not realy all that great for the average person. They simply increase your blood flow. So more blood is brought into the penis when you become erect.
If you do both you would most likely see beter gains. If your not in a hurry though go with just the exercise program.

If you are only able to this particular routine, and for only around 10 minutes or so, the questions are:
Your routine has become stagnant because you have been doing this particular one for a while now. You need to introduce some different exercises into your program in order to bring along the gains. Check out the various exercises that are listed and do a little subsitution here. Take one out and put in a different one.
The intensity level must now be increased. If you have a small amount of time to devote to PE, then you should increase the intensity level. You shouldn't be doing the exercises at this amount of time with a marginal amount of intensity.
If you increase one variable (ie time) then you could decrease the other, if you wanted to. However, if you increase the amount of time AND increase the amount of intensity, this is sort of like a shock routine, something that might get you out of the plateau, or rut, that you're currently in!
Keep in mind though, that what you put into it, is what you get out of it! Doing PE for 7-10 minutes a session, the gains will likely take a fair bit of time to come. So patience becomes important.
I would also strongly recommend that you go onto a 3 on 1 off schedule, since 7-10 minute sessions would be just barely enough rigorous stimulation to cause the necessary breakdowns of the cells, tissues, skin, etc, however, you would still be doing something, right?
I have a feeling that your penis is "used" to this particular routine that you do, and you must alter your program a little bit. Either increase the amount of time (with or without different exercises, because your tissues do have a "memory" for the same exercises that are done repeatedly) or increase intensity levels, or both!

PC flexes can be done anytime of the day. Personally, I perform PC flexes after my PE session, in order to have the capability to perform the PE exercises with 100% effort on my part.
I also should mention that exercising the PC will fatigue the muscle, something to keep in mind if you plan to have sex later in the evening, which might or might not affect your ability to perform (depends when you do them)!
I could give you my PC routine, as an example:
I perform 500 PC flexes, in sets of 100, squeezing and holding each flex for approximately 3 seconds. At every 10th PC flex, I will squeeze and hold for 10 seconds, as this is simulating preventing ejaculating during sex. And at the 100th PC flex, I will sqeeze and hold for 60 seconds, to work the PC to utter fatigue.
I sometimes split the 500 up over the course of the day, or do them all at once, with a rest period between sets! Some days I sometimes might do more than 5 sets, depends how I feel at the moment.
However, you can develop your own personal routine, or follow the example, but PC flexes are beneficial to your penile health, so do incorporate them into your workout! :)
