Question about girth, and what to buy.....

First off i would like to know how the sizegenetics device adds to girth. It seems the device would simply stretch out the length of the penis and not improve grith at all. Also i would like to know as to what you members would recommend as what to buy. I know i want the device and plan on doing PE on a strict routine, but i was curious as to what if any, pill i should buy.

The tunica is going to get stretched along with the rest of the penis, so you'll actually GAIN some thickness using the SG (though not as much as if you were to supplement your SG work with manual girth exercises).

Get yourself on a good MANUAL PE routine before anything else. The rest of the stuff (devices, pills, etc.) is auxiliary.
