suppose your schedule gets all messed up and you need to cut back on your work outs. Is it still possible to make gains if you where doing 40min work outs but now you only have time for 10 min work outs? I've noted some other posters saying that the only way to make gains is by increasing the work outs...somehow shocking your poor bud into doing something.
Right now I'm on the beginning of the second week of the second month using pro solution pills + pe...but for about two weeks of the first month due to major time problems I avoided the pe...now I'm trying to add it back to my routine again but it's not easy. I have made some gains in length about 3/8 of an inch despite my lack of doing consistant pe.
any tips suggestions would be helpfull as far as your experiance in lower the time alloted
Oh...don't underestimate PC flexes! My poor guy wasn't doing so good for a while because I didn't do enough PC flexes....if you don't do anything at least do them because they'll get you ready for your next work out.
