We do not provide customized routines anymore by email, please use this forum when asking for advice as there are many very experianced people on here who can help you get your gains and advice on how to improve your techniques.

There are also workout routines in your members area, you can start with the beginners workout and work your way up to the advanced workout routine.

Hi, I am having serious problems getting a response from customer support. Some of the pieces from the size genetics unit have stripped threads, I notified customer support and they responded by telling me they would replace the parts free of charge. That sounds great, but that was back in January and I have not received the parts and can no longer get any response from customer support.The parts I am having a problem with are parts #10 ( 6 pieces ) and parts #9 ( 2 pieces ) Thanks for your assistance.
I would appreciate any help with this matter.

Coll, thanks Dazz I just got off work an hour ago and had to study most of the day yesterday. So I only now have the chance to read this. Is it an exercise in particular you cannot find or do you mean you havent been able to figure out where any of the videos are?

If the latter then when you are on an exercise page, scroll past all the pictures to the bottom, on the right hand side you will see a box called 'The exercise in a nut shell' to the left of this is an image of a man and a video camera, click this to open and play the video. If this doesnt work then ensure you have the latest version of your browser and of your video player for example windows media player. :)

The bonuses are all available online, and you only need your username and password to get at them. You should have been sent your username and password with confirmation of your order by email, if you didn't receive these, or have misplaced them, either send a ticket from the website with your order details and/ or your email address, or drop me a PM with your details, and I will see if I can locate your login details. :)

please give information about your routine so we can offer some helpful advice.

How long per day are you wearing the device? How have you been increasing the length? Have you been doing the exercises as advised? Which exercises are you using? How long are you exercising for, and for how many days per week?

If you provide more information, we may be able to offer advice.
