Hello champs! I was told by the support team to leave any questions here, so here goes... I joined up to Pro_solution and the exercise regime 3 months ago, I started regimentedly with the workout plans as outlined on the site, my first month saw good increases barre Erect Girth and the second month was commendable all round. I had also moved my exercise regime up the proverbial ladder to the Intermediate course ( approx 20 minute workouts, 2 days on , 1 day off). This past month, I have been doing the following:
Wake up cloth (with PC's)- 3 minutes
Long Schlong Heli - 14 reps
Jelq/ Jelq and Hold alternated days - 10 minutes
Power Stretch - 3 'reps'
Cool down - 2 minutes
Now, this month in question earnt me 1 mm in Flaccid Length and 2 mm in Erect Length only. Sort of discouraging really. I just needed some general advice from anyone out there! Thanks guys!

How about if you counted reps instead of going by the clock. It seems like a small detail, but it makes a BIG difference in the intensity and precision of your workouts. You'll also be able to make more controlled advances from routine to routine, which is essential if you wish to continue gaining.

Hi I have been using the exercises for about 6 months with good increase in girth and length about 30mm in length and about the same in girth. my problem is with the extra length gain I have now got a penis that curves up. how can I straighten it out. can you help me or give me an address i can e-mail to

Thanks Big Al, I see your point, just increase the reps instead of relying on more time=more reps... I get it.
I had a second question to: All stretches are done in a very flaccid state yes? On all the sample workouts I have seen, the Power stretch is done AFTER the Jelqing or squeezing exercises..this is strange as not only does one have to clean the lubricant from the penis but the penis seems to be in an engorged state at that point, even after 5 or so minutes the completely flaccid state is never quite the same. Does this affect the quality of thus said stretches?

It would IMPROVE the quality of the stretch, as the ligs and tunica will all ready be "pre-stretched" from jelqing and squeezing. Just make sure that you're not too erect when you start stretching.

I've posted some exercises on this forum that deal with curvature. Do an advanced search with "Big Al" as the author and "curvature" as the keyword.
