I would like to know if I can just do stretches from now on instead of jelqs. Everytime I do jelqs my penis gets sore, bruised, or I pop a vessel. Now when I do stretches it seems to be just fine. I think maybe if I double the stretching time to at least 60 stretches 30 seconds of hold instead of 30 stretches 15 second holds I can reach the length that I want quicker. I dont want girth I want length. Is it possible to just do one workout. I think that maybe doing jelq and stretch would take longer to reach your goal. One thing at a time sounds a bit more logical. Any hoo I am sticking to stretches. No need for girth so no need for jelqs. Now I have to find out how to enlarge my size erect. Flaccid has improved big time. Anyone have any tips helping increase the erect size???:sm31

If you do only stretching, I'm pretty sure your girth would actually decrease man. If you're willing to sacrifice that for your length, then go for it! Otherwise I think you should incorporate a girth exercise in your routine as well. This should help you realise your length gains while keeping (roughly) constant girth. :o

Some guys swear by only stretching. Look at all the hangers out there. All those guys do is hang weights off their dicks and they gain.
Not only do they gain in length but they experience base girth increase due to the load on the ligs. Not one of them has said their midshaft girth has decreased.
Same holds with manual stretching. In 4 months or so you should see some nice length gains if you are consitant. In addition your base girth may indeed increase because, once again the load you are putting on your ligs.. Your midshaft girth won't change.

Yeah I sort of figured that. Wanted to make sure that it was possible. Your length would increase and girth would remain the same. I have decided to just do the stretching. I really just want length. Thanks for the advice. Do you know if they have weights to use for that? What would you recommend to replace a device like that? :sm23
Just slowly try to increase your conditioning, without actually doing any stressful jelqing exercises. Just get a raging hard-on, and simply do some squeezing exercises with your hands, and some PC flexes, etc. Eventually do some mild jelqing, when only semi-erect. Take your time, and build up the conditioning/strength of the tissues and blood vessels, and eventually you'll be able to do it. Meantime, yeah, have at it w/ the stretching exercises.

Thanks for the reply......I will try to do jelqs extremely soft. No need to go outrageous with it and pop the vein again. I am to scared of hurting it. Dont want to be castrated or anything. Stretching has been showing a lot of gain actually. These pills work wonders:sm23

Stretches are mainly for length. Couple them with squeezes, and stamina work, and you'll have the makings of a good, sound routine.

What do you mean by stamina work? I'm doing the stretches and squeezes, but I don't think I'm doing anything for stamina.

I wouldn't really recommend stopping jelqs completely, they're the basis of all pe. I'd do them without alot of pressure at first like it was mentionned, increasing over time. Just so you keep good bloodflow going.
