First, My hand gets tired when I do the Pressured Long slong, does anyone know what I can do about this?

Also, When I do the Jelq and hold, the tip of my penis starts to burn. Is this normal? Does it mean it is working?

Last, How much should I stretch my penis when I do the Long shlong? How hard should I pull?

Well, here are a few tips that could help with aching hands!

Have you ever seen those V-grip Hand Squeezers (whatever they're called) with the coil as the apex point of the two handles? Pick up a couple of these, at Walmart, those types of stores, and just squeeze the handles together! You can even squeeze two fingers, (thumb and finger, really) and this will develop the necessary strength needed to perform the many exercises that require gripping, or prolonged squeezing!

Another idea to consider is purchasing a squeeze ball. This is a similar version of the handles, except it is a ball which is more ergonomically designed for the hand. Performs the same functions of the V-grips.

Anectdotally speaking, I use walnuts :eek: to perform these grip exercises, due to my upbringing in kung-fu, however, V-grips, or the ball, will work just as fine.

What do you mean when you say that the tip of your penis starts to burn? Do you mean the whole glans, or just the meatus (the exit hole for urine, semen)? What type of lubrication are you using? Maybe some lubrication is backflowing into your urethra.

As for the stretching, stretch hard enough that you can feel emphasis on your ligaments. Everybody is different when it comes to applying the amount of force when needing to stretch, jelq, pull, etc.

It is burning, uh, on the head. I think. I'm not sure, but I believe on the head.

I am using lotion as lube

So you say that you are experiencing a burning sensation ON the head, and not in the urethra?

Might I ask, when you jelq, do you jelq overtop your glans? Or do you stop just before, and end the jelq at the ridge of the glans?

You are using lotion. I have never used lotion for jelquing, but I believe that lotion is mainly used for moisturizing purposes, and eventually after a few jelqs, the lotion will dry out or be rubbed off. I suggest using a medium such as baby oil, which is what I use, since its properties support more of a gliding motion where the chances of pulling along excess skin is much more reduced, depending on the pressure of squeeze.

Plus, as an added bonus, the baby oil acts as a skin replenishing agent.

Baby oil lasts longer, so you wouldn't have to keep reapplying it as often as lotion.

Using an oil as your lubrication source might reduce the chance of it wearing off sooner than a lotion, which will lead quicker to chaffing and dry rubbing, and this constantly dry rubbing will rub of the layer of skin on your glans. This might be where you are experiencing your burn.

You can get unscented baby oil if you prefer not to have a faint smell on your penis afterwards.

Here's another angle. When you do the hold part of the jelq and hold, are you doing the holding part before the glans, or are you actually holding the glans? Maybe you are exerting too much pressure on your glans.
