I read some things on pc flexes and I am doin them relatively correctly. However they said to make sure you are only flexing the pc muscle and not any other muscles, like the abs. I am definitely flexing the pc muscle but think i am also flexing the anus? muscle. Anybody know any way to better isolate the pc muscle or any other tid bits that are useful?
