I read some things on pc flexes and I am doin them relatively correctly. However they said to make sure you are only flexing the pc muscle and not any other muscles, like the abs. I am definitely flexing the pc muscle but think i am also flexing the anus? muscle. Anybody know any way to better isolate the pc muscle or any other tid bits that are useful?

Sounds like your doing them correctly. It's almost impossible not to have a little flex of the anus, just try to kep it to a minimum. The big thing is that clearly your abs are not involved in any way.
