Can anyone who has achieved major gains post their routines?

I've had tremendous gains, which you can see for yourself at my website, Here is my routine:
I warm up for five minutes by letting warm water from the bathtub faucet fall on my penis. Then I do the side to side stretch for twenty minutes (you can learn how to do my exercises by downloading the videos from my website). Afterwards, I jelq for forty minutes, and do the squeeze for ten minutes. I finish with another five minute warm up.

That is an amazing exercise, but it also takes alot of time. Ive just started my new exercise i take about 3mins to warm-up, then i do 4 to 5 mins of Horizontal movements, then 8 mins of the Jelq, then another 8 mins of the Jelq and Hold, and then finish off with a cool down for 4 mins. Ohhh yeah and in between all that I do the pressured PC.

In 1 month I went from 6.75" to 7.20" in length, not to bad and it only takes 30-40mins a day for 3 days then rest 1 day. But Im gonna try to extend the times next month and try to combine ur excercise and mine. Ill try to keep ppl posted.

I noticed the files were mpegs ending in .exe and assumed as much. Luckily I'm on a Mac and don't have to worry, but I'm sorry to hear that happened to ya.

You could download and save the files, then scan it with an anti-virus software program, and if it came up as a virus, then delete or quarantine and delete it, all before opening the file up.

Sorry to hear about it!

There was an entire discussion about stepherson's videos being viruses in disguise.

Personally i really don't understand why he needs to encode them in exe's.

And why was he made a moderator? That entire site looks like a collection of random dicks that he found on the internet.

yeah I was the guy that pointed out the *exe file thing earlier. I never bothered to look into detail about the files nore to run them and see the changes but there two things I know

1) if he wrote his own trojen or virus it will not be detected by anti-virus software

and

2) in all of the exe files is a referance to a filename called "server.exe"....which should not under any situation be on your computer....which begs the question why is there a referance to this filename? A lot of trojens use the name server.exe when they are installed on the vitims computer. In this case installing the trojen would be when your view (run) the video. Run a scan on your hard drive for the file server.exe if you've already run it and see if anything comes up...

still not sure why he became a mod either.

The exact second i tried to play the Video my Norton picked up the virus but said it couldnt do anything with it. So i reverted my hard drive hopefully it worked.

Kinda pissed off though, thats BS

What you got to say Steph?

I ran a search for the server.exe and it came up, what should I do now?

blaman

where is the server.exe file located? The exact directory name...

ChuckDogg

In my C:/WINDOWS/temp, all its says for the name is server

blaman

check the file with your anti-viri software.....go ahead and delete it....if it's in a temp dir it shouldn't be used by any apps so deleting it should be ok.

It's possible it may already be running. What happens is the trojen gets installed onto your computer and first it copies itself to a directory on your hard drive from the install file (in this case the video). It also makes a registry edit that makes it get run everytime you reboot the computer. So when the trojen is running it could do anything from capture key strokes (credit card numbers passwords) to allow the hacker to directly control your PC remotely.

It wont let me delete it, its says it cant be deleted or something, and everytime i open the temp folder my norton starts commin up with this virus warning over and over

blaman
03-03-2003, 12:15 PM
yep that's it....

If you can't delete it there could be several reasons....1) it's running in memmory or 2) the attributes are set to a system file.

What Windows version are you running?

ChuckDogg

I just quarantined with my norton, think that will help?

ChuckDogg

XP

it depends. Usually all that does is place it in another directory on your file system. If it's no longer listed in your c:\windows\temp dir then it was simply moved. If it was moved then the startup script or the system registry will be pointing to the wrong location to try and run it again at your next startup. But there are ways a hacker can get around this...but considering he was stupid enough to name the trojen server.exe he probably doesn't know any better.

Reboot your computer and see if any errors come up....it is possible that it might complain that it can't find the file Notran just moved. Also you want to delete that file if you can...hopefully rebooting will remove it from mem if it is there.

I deleted the server file from the norton quarantine screen, rebooted my computer, searched for the server file and it didnt come up..is this good?

blaman
03-03-2003, 12:33 PM
yes. There still is no way to know for sure if it's gone....have Nortan do a full scan of your HD and your mem.

It sounds like he used a script kiddy tool (something where you push a few buttons and out comes a trojen)...but he did but a little bit more effort binding the trojen to his mpeg player and spacing out the *.exe....but as far as I can tell he's just a script kiddy so as long as your anti-viri software is up to date you should be ok.

But the bad news is if the trojen was running for even a few minutes he could've gotten all your e-mail contacts...all your passwords....downloaded any number of files from your hard drive....captured key strokes...ect....so change your passwords before he does....contact everyone in your e-mail address book and tell them to double check with you on any e-mail attachments that look like they where sent by you....and watch your checking account.

if you want to do a big favor to all of us to confirm it came from the mpegs (exe files) this guy wants us to watch....run one of his videos again and check c:\windows\temp to see if server.exe has reappeared....and remove it again with Nortan and reboot again. Then we'll know where it came from.

Ok, thank you very much blaman, I really appreciate you helping me with this little ordeal, Im in much debt to you.

Now a new question arises, Why is Stepherson(someone who should be trusted in the forums by the members)giving links to his site so people can download these viruses....kinda susupicous....

ChuckDogg
03-03-2003, 12:38 PM
I just tried the mpeg again and guess what......got the same virus:mad:

Im gonna do all the steps before to get rid of it again, people on this site need to know of all this crap!

blaman
03-03-2003, 12:41 PM
it's not a virus it's a trojen. There is a diff. A virus just damages data on your hard drive... a trojen gives access to your PC remotely.

If it did come from him then the reason is obvious....he either wants to use your PC to attack other servers or computers on the Internet....or he wants to use your login info to web sites to break into those web sites....or he's looking to rob you blind the next time you buy something online.

What he did is illeagal....and he should be removed as a member from this site and his ISP should be contacted by the owners of this site to file a complaint. The host of his web pages should be contacted to file a complaint. This is serious....and if he wasn't smart enough to use a proxy to log into this site then he is in a lot of trouble.

Thanks again blaman
