Few questions... I have been into PE for about 2 months with a slight girth increase. Girth is my main desire.
I haven't really changed up my routine in that time and am noticing that my penis isn't revealing as many tiny red dots all around it after a good work out... is this a result of my penis becomming 'accustomed' or is it a sign that I need to switch up my routine?
My current girth routine is:
-100 wet jelqs at 65% erect (quality over quantity here)
-6 reps of Ferarri Squeazes at 25 seconds each
-16-20 reps of 90% erect jelqs
Has been the same since I started, now tiny red dots dont really apear much. Can anyone recommend any great girth exercises? Is it time to switch up my routine (2 months of use)? Any advice and tips is greatly appreciated!

What about direct stretches? I don't see any there. Why are you doing so many girth exercises? Also, what's going on with your progression sequences?

Well, I forgot to mention I own an extender and use it for 4 hours a day. My main focus is more on girth because thats wahat women feel more, length is comming from extender.
Progression Every 2 weeks:
-I up the number of Ferrari Squeezes by 2 reps of 25 seconds
-I up the number of 90% jelqs to 4-6 reps
-When possible, I up the intensity of each exercise
I am noticing that I am not revealing as much red dots on my penis, does this mean it is time to switch up my routine? Or is this something that just happens, like my penis gets used to it? Do you think PSP for a 3 month supply will add extra... or faster... gains with my extender and PE? Thanks for your help by the way!

Not seeing red dots isn't necessarily a sign of underintensity... I haven't seen red dots regularly for a couple of months and I've still been gaining. Having red dots may be better than having none though, but I think the most important thing is that your dick is nice and pumped up, but still tired at the end of your workout. :sm27 Feeling the intensity is better than seeing it!

I added a few extra reps to everything and tried to keep the intensity up as high as possible and received more red dots like when I first started. After I'm done, my penis is out of commission for a good couple hours lol. So hopefully I am on the right track!
I also just ordered a 3 month supply of Prosollution Pills to add in hopes of maybe speeding up results. Do you guys think in the next 3 months on PSP I will notice more quicker gains from PE? Hope I didn't just waste $188.95 lol... Also, being a bodybuilder, I am starting up a HGH booster supplement that hopefully will do as much growing in the gym as it will in the bedroom! If I notice any additional and quicker gains, I will let everyone know how it goes.
If someone could enlighten me on if 3 months of PSP was a good idea or not, that would be awesome. Thanks for the replies so far!

If you're not making gains, pills probably won't help. It soulds like you're doing an awful lot. You should try simplifying your routine. Make it brief and intense, then STOP and give your penis the rest it requires.
