I know I've posted many times and of annoyed a lot of mods, so I apologize in advance. I have developed a workout routine that is really good for girth. By the end of the workout I can really feel the girth. But I'm worried about the length gains. This is my routine, it is a modified version of another member here that had significant gains in length, his name is Jamkat. I think his routine involved only the first five, the fifth being the repeat, and without the scrotum stretching.

1. 5 minute warmup in the shower with scrotum stretching (heard it was good for volume, and gives the balls a nice hanging look).
2. 50 reps of 2 second stretches. one hand on grabbing the head, the other grabbing the base, and pulling apart for 2 seconds.
3. 50 reps of 2 second pulls. one hand grabbing the head, and pulling hard straight up towards the upper body.
4. 100 modified jelqs. one hand squeezing the head, and the other hand milking very tight from the base to the squeezed hand.
5. then a repeat of the first three, but with kegals.
6. 4 reps of 1 minute between the cheek pulls, switching hands between reps.
7. 50 reps of the squeeze with a little pressure of the base hand and the head hand towards each other.
8. on some days I throw in reps of the Ferrari Head Squeeze.
9. 10 minute massage and warmdown in the shower, with more scrotum stretching.
Starting tomorrow I'm going to incorporate the cable clamp with uli's instead of doing the Ferraris.

I've only been doing this routine for about a month, a little less, and I've gained .5" of girth, but no gains in length.

My main goal is adding another half an inch of girth and atleast an inch of length by July.

So are the stretches good enough for length?

I strongly suggest not clamping for the full 10 minutes the first few times, clamping is a intense exercise, and adding in ulis with it makes it even more intense. I am like you I have trouble gaining length, its just tough.

ok thanks, i was kinda unsure whether to do clamping, because the girth exercises i've been doing have been pretty intense already. i guess i'll start clamping once i feel that i am not getting much of a girth workout.

:D Thank you for being one of the smart ones. Too many people jump into something there not ready for and hurt themselves. Let me ask you a question when you do girth work do you get tiny blood spots, on your penis?

yes i did, but not really anymore. i think its because i slowed down and took the ferraris out of my girth workout. i did 200 modified jelqs, where the head was clamped by one hand and the other hand milked tight to the clamped hand, 50 reps of the squeeze. before i added 2 ferrari exercises with 10 reps each. that was when i saw noticeable blood spots. i read they were okay, but just to make sure, i started only doing 10 ferrari head squeezes. now i'm doing them occasionally if i have more time and don't feel that worked out.

The "feel" that you get after a workout is not indicative of the workout's quality. The sign that your workout is a good one is the degree of measurement increase that it gives you. You can usually tell after 2-3 weeks whether or not your workout is effective.

Yeah the spots are fine. I was just wondering because after you stop getting the spots for like a month, than you can up the program. I sort of use the spots as a indicator how hard my penis is getting worked. When I first clamped they were all over, now I can keep a hard erection pc flexing the whole time with minimal spots.

so would it be okay to start clamping but not at the long ten minute intervals, but instead like up to 5 minutes? and not add in the ulis until i can do 10 minutes without problems? thanks in advance.

Use the forum search feature on the site and type in Uli for one, then after you're done researching that, type in clamping and there you go.

clamping is for girth, and usually done after a series of girth exercises and at the end of the workout. a stretch is sort of like the pressured schlong, which is a length exercise, so i'm guessing its a length exercise. all stretches are for length right?
