This is a possible girth exercise that I came across during one of my PE sessions, it targets the head and upper shaft area.
1.Start 50%-60% erect
2. Kegel and trap blood in by making an O-ring with your thumb and forefinger (The grip should be below the bottom head or adjusted further down for shaft oriented gains)
4. Once the blood is trapped use the palm of the other hand to push the head down, everything above the O-ring will become larger and there will be an increase in pressure (this is how you knows its working).
5. Try and hold for 5 seconds or try and preform a constant pumping motion, repeat as many times as necessary.
This is an advanced exercise so take it easy at first.
