question here,
i've been hanging for a month,
knowing full well this is not enough time to see real gains i still have a question,
in a months time i've worked my way up to 12.5lbs!
i know this is not normal by what i've seen on this forum,
um.....
i do 15 mins sets,
usually 3,
now, 10lbs 1st set
then 12.5lbs the next 2,
i feel like i've hit a plateau (thank god, after getting to 12.5lbs!)
anyway, am i good with staying at this weight?
does 3 sets of 15mins sound good?
is it possible to gain only from hanging?
its been a while since i jelqed,
resently i've started again,
and done it at very low erection,
i feel the blood moves much easier this way,
basically i want length,
so should i continue like this?
how should i progress?
slowly add more jelqs?
i can only spend so much time hanging....

12.5 pounds in 1 month! Don't be supprised if you hurt yourself.

Yes, you can gain by hanging only but at the speed you are going all I see is injury in your future grasshopper....

ok,
i checked my workout log,
its actually more like 2 months,
i understand that this is very quick,
the thing is, i don't feel like i'm hurting myself at all,

i definately understand your surprise,
i don't get it myself,
i started out with 2.5lbs
moved to 5lbs after a week or so,
maybe 2 weeks at 5lbs,
then maybe 2 weeks at 7.5lbs, (each being my max, i do sets of lesser weight before)
recently i've been able to start my workout with 7.5lbs and move up,
although, i do feel i've hit a max weight with 12.5lbs,

i get a good all around feeling from 10lbs,
i saw big al talk about progression,
as far as hanging goes,
i think i've hit a plateau and won't be going over 12.5lbs for a while,
besides doing PCs and using a circling motion with the weights gives me a good stretch,

at this point though, if i used anything less than 7.5lbs i don't think i'd get as good as a stretch,
i'll try utilizing the 10lbs thing,

as far as injury goes, haven't had anything,
when i first started i felt what might be the beginnings of injury at 5lbs,
i took a break, now i don't get that feeling at all,
?????????
i guess thats a good thing though
