problem with shipping - dhl commercial invoice needed

2 weeks ago i have ordered the sizegenetics device.
its came here (israel) and then stuck because they need the
commercial invoice.
i tried to contact lativio but no answer.

can you help me with this?
how can i get my commercial invoice so they can release the product??
