I think the problem is that it's not easy to tell your friends about a site like this....online on another forum to people that don't know you is one thing....person to person is another. Most people when they hear that you are doing a program like this would natural assume that must mean you're small to begin with or that you don't do good enough in bed....when usually neither are true....and even if they where why would you want your friends to think that?
Some people even see something wrong with trying to improve yourself in this way! No really! Some would never consider enlarging their penis even though it doesn't require any major surgery or weights....I don't get it myself but there are those out there. Then there is the huge major problem of tons of guys that have already tried the program and failed at it. Some because they only took the pills and thought that was enough...others because they didn't keep up with their exercises. I'm sure that the # of people out there that failed at the program (considering the # of pill comercials out there) is one of the major reasons why not more people are coming to a site like this.
Then again I guess you could look at it like the program works so well that after the members see the gains they want they leave....
So I would like to suggest a few things
1) provide a list of ways and ideas that someone could take to their friends to try and introduce them to the program without having them suggest something about their friend or theirself in the proccess....
2) provide a way for members to state their success on another part of the forum after they are done with the program as a way to show all new comers a very clear example of how many it has helped. As a new comer to this about a month ago all I could find where 5 testimonies from pro solution pills and when I asked for more they directed me here...to find them here you have to search the forum and usually then all that comes up are questions....provide a seperate sections that allows a user to specify what program they used and the gains they have seen....one long list that grows
3) Provide a seperate section for users to keep track of their gains/workouts days they took off....a clanader view so they can easily see where they made the most gains...what they where doing during those days....allow them to set a goal....most people aren't organized enough to keep track of this stuff on their own...having it easy to access online would make it easier.
I could help with some of the new features if your site uses PHP
annonymous Email Spam works..

Edward you work on this one mate, set it up:

I will work on others... similiar forums like this are good places to get the word out...
Basically more members in the forum means more help and support and general chit chat

I really like the idea blaman put forth of a section where members can keep a record of their routines, schedules, gains and any changes in their routines. Sort of like a progression chart!
I believe that if a concept such as this were to be incorporated, it would make the people doing PE more focused; they would be more serious about doing it!
Good idea!

Tell me every single feature you want in it and I will get my programmer on it.

:D How about adding some avatars to the forum so members can upload a picture for their trademark. I see you have a list but nothing is on it. My suggestion is that you get some pictures like a bananna with two walnuts beside it(you know what I mean) or maybe even having moving animation avatars(if possible) like a cartoon penis slowly becoming erect or something like that.:D USE YOUR IMAGINATION:D ;)

just a few ideas for it...
how about one view would be the calendar of your work outs...red colored dates would be days you skipped your work out and green colored days would be days you worked out.
Each day you would add your exercises done for that day as well as how long you did each exercise. Mesurements would be optional for each day because obviously you wouldn't measure everyday.
Maybe on the calender page show your total length and girth gained based on mesurements inputed.
The only way this would really help out is if maybe you could show several graphs....one that shows increase in length and/or girth over time....another that shows # of times exercised per time period between mesurements....this would be helpfull if they mesured theirselves at a set interval like say every two weeks....they could see if exercising more or less is hurting or helping them. Maybe provide a way based on all data collected on what exercises seem to give the most gains. If the user has set mesurements and keep standard work out routines this would be possible. So for example from March 1st to March 17th you did 10min of jelq and gained 1/16" in length....then from March 18th to March 21st you did 20min of jelq and gained 1/8"....then the program would notice this change when a report is requested from the user and flag that change as something that drastically improved the gains....of course it would only work if that was the only exercise they modified and if they didn't increase or decrease their work out routines....so the program should make note of that...or simply report all exercises and changes as possible reasons for the increase in gains.
It would take considerable amount of work to do this coding wise for statistics....but if this where done such data would not just be usefull to the end user but would also help fine tune the current data on the subject. If you requested personal information like race, age, height, weight, daily workout routines, and diet on average for the entire time the user was doing the program....considerable data could be collected and used to....well pad your wallets....many companies that are in this business I'm sure would find such data valuable...and you could promote your site even more using this data as a foundation to providing REAL consultations based on collected data of other users.
I like solving problems if you would like for me to explain better please ask and I'll take a few days to look at the ways you could setup a DB or handle the algos to provide reports to the end user.....
When you have enough data collected the system could even recomend to users what steps they could take that would improve their gains by using data collected from similer user types....or from users that are on a similer work out routine....it could get interesting considering how much data you could collect....the end user benifits from it and you would benifit from it.
