Hi, I am quite new to this program and have a couple of questions. I have done some Natural Penis Enlargemant before on other sites but never got any gains. Maybe cause I havent had enough time.

But the coming 6 months from now I will have very much time so I can do Penis Enlargement for like 3 hours a day(or more) if necessary.

I really want gains( especially length) and I´m ready to work real hard for it.

My question is how long time per day can u train?

How long is the optimal time to train per day?

Any special exercises anyone can suggest for maximum length gains?

How do you guys train that have got length, I mean do you train 3 days 1 off, or 2 days then 1 off etc?

Every useful tips is very welcome.

I hope that in the late summer maybe I can have got some nice gains.

Welcome the the forum Respawner :)

The first thing I would say is that 3 hours a day is too much, I would workout for 45 mins at the most. Since you have done some PE before you should be able to go straight into the longer more advanced and intense workouts with no danger, but always do you warm ups and warm downs! I would suggest a 3 on 1 off routing for best gains. If you want an optimal program for length then use the free consultation service and put length as your priority, but a good combination of advanced stretching excercises and jelqing should yield good gains in about 3 months :)

Hope this helps.

3 hours a day is overkill.... think about it like normal exercise... Working out 3 hours everyday for 1 week will result in no gains... Work out for a MAX hour 3 days on and 1 day off and an hour is usually only for EXPERIENCED users.

Overexercising is often more detrimental than beneficial.

Do take the time to familiarize yourself with the forum by browsing throughout, read the site information and its contents. Get to know the exercises and how to perform its techniques.

You can train all day if you want, but guess what, it will do you no good. :( If you peform PE for an increasingly longer amount of time, your execution of the techniques is bound to suffer and become sloppily done. You want to optimize the exercises by performing them correctly. Have a look at the videos, there's probably some different exercises that you may not have seen before!

Usually you should stick with a routine for a few weeks to give it an adequate chance to either prove to you or not whether what you are doing for PE exercises is working!
