I'm ready to start my program

I bought a SizeGenetics extender and I also got two bottles of Pro Solution and 1 bottle of Volume

The insrctions are not very clear to me, can someone who has used this sytem please give me some newbie instructions. I would also appreciate if you coud explain what the pills do and how they should be taken
