Big Al here :) Some of you may know me from some of the other PE message boards out there. I've been involved with PE for about 4 years now. I'd like to thank Daz for allowing me to participate in this fine message board.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

me got question 4 big al...
With all of the routines out there and all the exercises with all their variations it can be hard sometimes to pick and choose one or the other. Myself I do what is easy just do each routine for about 10min each. So my question is, can you think of something that may be an answer to anyone that hate having so many freaking choices and not knowing what to do with them? Can you stick with just one workout plan for all X number of months and still see gains? For example can someone just do Jelq and PC flexes and still see gains? Is switching the routines really important to seeing growth?

It's better to have a wide variety of exercises and routines to choose from, since even the best routines will get unproductive after a few weeks. You should rotate solid, proven exercises like the ones in the member's area every few weeks.
