Sometimes I feel like my routine isn't very productive. The reason for this is because I do good stretches earlier in the day at the gym in the shower after a body workout (several reps of long schlong helis and a few btc's), then do a full workout at night. This is what my full workout looks like:
3 - 5 minutes of warmup in a hot shower.
10 bundled tunica stretches, 2 different wraps per direction.
4 bundled tunica stretches, 2 different wraps for straight and up, but each rep followed with a heli.
50 reps of 10 seconds of the Squeeze.
10 reps of Ferrari Head Squeezes.
10 reps of pressured schlong.
5 reps of A stretch.
4 reps of 1 minute per rep of BTC in the shower.
3 - 5 minutes of warmdown in the hot shower.
The reason why I feel like its counterproductive is that I get a good balloon when I do the girth exercises. But when I follow it up with stretches, because the shaft gets pulled/stretched/narrower, does it negate the girth work prior to the stretches? Thanks in advance.
