If you got these pills as a bonus or "freebie" then I am pretty sure that you will be liable for posting costs. Please read the complaints and refunds sticky if you wish to pursue the matter further.

I think it's only free if you use the Royal mail services.

Hi Nick123,

if you're really not happy about this, ticket us at lativio, so we can check the order details and give you a definitive answer, but the most likely reason for this would be that you haven't been charged for shipping, it's a customs charge.
Depends where you live, but some countries like Australia and Canada charge to let shipments through Customs. Lativio and UPS have no control over these charges, but if you contact UPS about them, they may be able to waive them.
