I got a huge problem, when I try to do all stretch exercises I always slip my grip. Some people say they hold 5 minutes which is impossible for me cause I always slip my grip.
This is a huge problem for me.
Anyone got any tips on how to improve the grip?

There are several methods to improving gripping ability when attempting stretches. One of them involves using a soft material and wrapping it around the shaft, then gripping and stretching, like a kleenex for example.
Another useful method is to use some powder, preferably baby powder, as this will sort of absorb any lubrication or moisture on your skin, thus drying it enough to the point where you are able to have a non-slip grip.
Personally, I use kleenex for all my stretching, as this tends to relieve the slipping experience when gripping! :)

A kleenex is the tissue that you blow your nose with, like Scotty's!
If a kleenex is not available, use some other soft fabric material, one that is thin, for example a scrap rag, or a paper towel (for wiping spills off countertops, etc. Toilet paper is also adequate!
