Is there a basic routine posted for newbies to this site? I tried another program that didn't work and I'd like to get some specifics on this program. Thanks.

I agree with talmann. We are both new PErs and i am actually overwhelmed by the number of exercises that there is including the ones the members post such as the A-strectch and the like. As a newbiee, we are confused as to what workout we should start with. I recived my free consultation but found out that it was focused on length mostly so i posted a modified workout routine and asked for the members opinion but recived no answers yet, would you Edawrd please look at this cuztomised workout and tell me what you think. it can be found in a thread called customised workout. Also talmann should take a look at it and may be even try it.

hey man lemme tell u what u want to do at the start,
1) dont start off too advanced
2) always visualize your dick getting bigger, it actually boosts your confidence level

use the begginers level first and just do like:

3 min warm rag
stretch every direction for 15 seconds each, 3 sets
and then just jelq for about 10 min

this should get ya started

these are the main techniques everyone uses when starting out

i was 5.5 in length when i began and now im 6.25. my goal is 7 inches and so ive been doin some more advanced exercises that u can find on the forum. i also take the ps pills which just speed up the process. ive been on it for 4 months, and it works

good luck and hope this helps

hey. im pretty new to this site an i seem to have 2 main problem s when I try the exercises. fi

firstly the exeercises state that the penis should not be fully erect when jelq, milking...etc but for me after a few stokes my penis gets fully erect. what should i do?

secondly when I try to jelq I only seem to be pulling the foreskin instead of my penis so im not sure whether im doing the exercise correctly.

any advice/help would be appreciated, cheers

sli9ck & Jopoppy,

You can reduce you erection by tensing your PC-muscle, this normally works good. Also try to concentrate on the exercise and the goal you want to reach. After a few days you will get better control when your penis is used to the new situation, also
my own oexperience. If you only pull you foreskin maybe you should use more lube. By the way, jelqing is primarily a girth exercise, so increasing the amount of blood in the penis. If you skin moves, that’s not really a problem.

Edward,

I tried the rubber band. It has done more harm than anything else as the penis shaft tends to be congested for a prolonged period of time while doing the PEs.
