I've been following the beginner's workout plan for 7-10 minutes. I was wondering a few things, like should you massage the penis head after each time you stretch for the long schlong, and should you have a slight break in between each stretch. Also, I was wondering if it was possible to still have gains even if you left out one or more of the exercises, for example didn't do the jelq and just did a long schlong and squeezes for girth ?

Another thing, I masturbate more or less every day. I stick to the 3 hour thing that you talk about, but do you still think I should cut down on it ?

Post PE massage is not only good, it's a necessity! You shouldn't skip out on the massage or hot wraps.
A 1-2 second break in between reps is OK.
As long as you're doing one good length exercise and one good girth exercise, you'll be fine.

I think that it's more of an individual thing. If you feel that masturbating before or after your routine helps, do it as you see fit.
