how did you broach the subject ?

Hi guys,

I have recently started a PE routine, and my missus is starting to get a bit sus about the length of time I am spending in the bathroom !, how did everyone broach the subject with their other halves and what was the response ?

Why not wait until she notices?

she's starting to feel a bit left out though - thinks I'm spanking my monkey in the loo every day and she noticed that the lid was off the baby oil the other day which made matters worse !!!

Boy, she sounds like a shrewd woman! With her, I guess you'll have to be either honest about it, or wait until she notices, or feels, something different about it. Then you could probably tell her.

Better yet, aren't you able to do your exercises at a different time of day when she is not around?

I'll go one further, though. My old lady notices that, at least on the weekends, that I perhaps am in the bathroom a little too much. She always asks just what I am doing in there. I tell her that I am just self-checking my balls for testicular cancer, which I also tell her takes a bit of time to do correctly.

However, I get home before she does after work on the weekdays, about 1 hour to be exact, and this gives me enough time to get the majority of my exercises finished before she walks through that door. She does come home when I have about 20 minutes left to finish, but this I usually tell her I attribute to doing the number 2! :D

So far I have not been careless about the baby oil yet. She keeps it on the bathtub for her baths, and I always put it back, so she hasn't noticed the slowly decreasing amount of baby oil in her bottle, yet! ;)

She did find out about my "reading material" under the bathroom sink, though! :eek: She said to me that it is no wonder I spend so much time in the bathroom! She thinks I spank my monkey too much, now! I just tell her they are for reading the articles when I have business to do.

However, I am not going to let her know until she notices or feels that there is a physical change. And even then, I might not tell her!

Here we are sneaking around our own bathrooms, eh? :D

TigerB- You said you wont tell your wife/girlfriend until she notices. Havne't you seen gains yet man? I thought you've been doing this for awhile and have had a relative amount of success. And you're a moderator...a great moderator at that, but shouldn't significant gains be a criteria for a moderator since they are essentially leading those of us trying to make this work? Also, if you had made gains but your significant other hasn't notcied yet, then whats the point? I mean we're not sitting hear trying to make our dicks bigger for the pleasure of our right hands.

Good point! You are right to assume this! She hasn't verbally said anything yet, but she knows that my penis isn't what it used to be! Maybe she is afraid to broach the subject, I don't know, and I'm not going to say, hey, "Look what I've been doing!" She'd probably feel awkward, or something.

But, when she does say something, then that will be the time she'll know. I'll let her make the first move.

I know that she knows, she just is not saying anything! Why she isn't I don't know, and I am going to keep it that way! Just because she doesn't mention anything to me about it is not going to make me do anything different. That's just the way she is!

Some women are like that. Shy, quiet, diminutive, while other women are outrageous, crazy and loud!

If she never says anything at all, I don't care! The success of PE, at least in my opinion, does not hinge on her saying something about it!

Just because your g/f or wife does not say anything should never be a reason for anyone to stop or quit PE, or be discouraged that the program is a futile effort. It is not for her, it is for yourself, or whatever the reason may be. But, the reason I am doing PE is not for her, although she will be the major beneficiary of it, but specifically for myself!

When she does, I'll let everybody know! :D
