Hi

I have been using the device since January without any gains . Before this device, I was on prosolution pills for 4 months but that didnot help me.

If any guys would tell me of any other pills which they think works, I would really appreciate that.

Thanks

pro-solution works, vig-rx also works.... I even took Magna-rx and that worked, but I had to take a bunch... You might need to take more of the pills than the instructions say, change ur diet, or ur exercise routine.

Thanks very much for your reply.

I am a vegetarian. I don't smoke nor drink. Should I take some supplements?

You haven't mentioned anything about a routine. What routine did you follow?

Big Al,

I started with erect 4.75inch and put the number of axes as mentioned in the manual.

For 5 days a week, I used to wear the device for 10 hours a day (Mon-Fri). The next week I would add 0.5cms. This I continued doing till I lost hope.

I didnot do any form of exercices; just the device. Before I bought the device in January, I used prosolution pills for 4 months which again didnot do me any good. I concluded that prosolution pills didnot work because I was also taking medicine for depression (the manual says it).

Have already spent about $480 for this purpose. People in my country dont have food to eat even. Sometimes....

Thanks Al for responding and thanks to all other guys too who have been understanding.

May God Bless not only America but everyone else too.

Ten hours a day at the onset? That's just way too much! You're lucky that you didn't hurt yourself!

Check out the stickied routine in the extender forum.

Like the turtle & the hare, "slow and steady wins the race", you cant expect anything overnight, I didnt see any gains til the 7th month !

Hang in there and keep up the good work, you sound like you are dedicated. Take time off too.
