Is it really possible to increase the girth... I am currently happy with a 7.5 inch length but dissatisfied with a 4 and 3/4 girth and was wondering what if anything knew the easiest way to gain 1/2 inch of girth... That is really I all I would like to have and I think that would be a good size that I could have no insecurities about... If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it... Thank you very much...

One of the recommended exercises that are listed especially for girth is the Horizontal Movement!
Why don't you familiarize yourself with the exercises by reading about them and also view the video clips, which give you basically a visual explanation on how to properly perform the technique!
But you will also gain girth by doing the basic exercise which is the jelq. This specific exercise and its variations can realize you gains in length and girth!
Also, stretching, to some extent, gives you girth as well.
The best bit of advice that I can offer you is start off on a beginner PE program, become familiar with the specific exercises, browse the forum and its archives and if you have any questions, comments or any advice, by all means, please share them with us!

You could also purchase a powerjelq device that when used can increase girth in a matter of weeks. I have had one for about half a month and have seen increases in girth and length.

I have not measured just yet, but I will let you know at the end of the week. My girlfriend sure has noticed though and has made comments like "your dick is so heavy" and "are yoou going through a growth spirt".;)
I am with KingD on this one. After 8 months of PE (most of which was focused primarily on girth), I gained 2.1 inches in length but a big, fat zero in girth. That all changed when I got a PJ six weeks ago and gained 0.4 inches in girth after just four weeks of use! I'm two weeks away from my next measurement but I can visually tell that I have gained even more girth since my last measurement.
I would recommend the PJ to anyone that has had trouble gaining girth from manual PE excercises alone.

I think that a more emphasis on rest should be put on girth exercises. I do one day on and one day off for girth and do stretching the other days(besides my rest day).
In the past 2 weeks my girth gains have been, how would you say, freaking awesome! lol. I measured girth at the beginning of this month and at the rate I am going, hopefully my girth will be .5" bigger, I think this is partially due to my extra rest day for girth.

ChuckDogg, you mentioned that you do your girth exercises every other day, with stretching on the non-girth days. So, is your schedule then 1 on and 1 off, or 3 on 1 off, where you do your girth exercises on the 1st and 3rd days, rest the 2nd and the off (or 4th day) day? And then you repeat this again all over again, where the 5th and 7th days (the 1st and 3rd days of the 3 on 1 off) are your girth exercises, and the 6th day is your rest day?
So, basically, is this your PE routine? I wonder, do you have additional exercises that you do along with the girth exercises on those specific days? As for your stretching days, you only perform stretches and not any other type of exercises?
I guess you have created a personal routine where it is working for you very well! :D
