I've just seen an advertisement for size genetics which says you get free membership to the Penis Health website if you buy the whole package

well I did just that 2 weeks ago...how do I get the free membership?

I keep reading about PE and jelqs etc and haven't a clue what all this is about

I also have no idea what they mean??? I bought the patches about a 2 weeks ago, I would like to start using but i need to know what the exercises are..

Hi, hope this helps, when you made your purchase, you should have been sent a username and password. If you go through the website that you ordered on, there will be a members only link. Follow this, and enter your username and password, and this should take you to mens-network, click on the penis-health link, and the exercises are in there.
Anything else I can help with, let me know!

It shows me the exercise pattern but not the exercises. And the cd/dvd that came w it does not play.

On the left hand side of the page,(when in the Penis-Health page of Mens-Network) you should see lots of links starting with introduction, then articles, then lower down- exercises. This will give you a list of all the exercises available, and if you click on the picture, it will give you step-by-step pictures so you know you're doing it right.
