How much can you Jelg in one day before you get diminising returns. For instance, 10 minutes would be Ok according to the workout schedules posted, but what about 20? wouldn't that be twice as good? 40? 2 hrs? etc....just wondering about the point to as where I am wasting my time as a weight lifter would be after an hour and a half in the gym....

No, jelqing 2x as much will not give you 2x the gain- you'll just get hurt! Individual tolerance is a fickle thing. that's why you need to keep track of your routines in a logbook. Add reps and intensity slowly. if you start plateauing, your logbook will give you the feedback that you need to make the correct changes.

I've been jelquing for 20 mins for around almost 2 months now and I'm quite pleased with the results. But like Big Al said, go slowly and build up time as you go along.
