Hello, and Welcome.
I've asked this question before and haven't gotton an answer,
so, maybe u can help me. When toning up,(cold pack\ hot compress) do u do this in conjunction with your exercise or can u do this part on it's own? And how many times should this be done per session?

This should be done before or after a workout mate.

Agreed :) It can also be done apart from the exercises if you're experiencing soreness and pinpoint bruising.

Bruising of the penis can be treated topically. Or with light massaging of affected area and after a few hours, with hot wraps.
