Ok guys this is important. We have had some suggestions in other threads to create a program where you can track your gains. I love this suggestion and I have a programmer on board who is capable of doing ANYTHING.... Basically I need to know if you would use it (would be open to all members of the FORUM) and secondly every feature you would like in it... I mean every SINGLE feature... Instead of writing in paragraphs please bullet point them, my programmer will be looking at the thread.... Everything that is suggested we will try and include.... We have until wednesday to get all the info posted here. Everything CAN be done!

would this be open for other members to access, or a private thing ?, doesn't really bother me either way, but it would be nice to see if/how e.t.c others were getting on.
Maybe have a public area where gains were viewable but not starting measurements e.t.c
Cheers
Jim

It will be available VIA the forum... As long as you are a forum member then it will be accessible. The Forum is open to ALL SURFERS on the internet not just Penis-Health etc....
www.mens-network.com/forum/ see open to everyone.

OK, bit of a newbie as you can probably tell, but here is my tuppence worth.
set out in simple database format where you can input personal details such as age, weight, height, nationality e.t.c
starting measurements i.e flaccid girth/length, erect girth/length (private).
more rows/columns for updating weekly/fortnightly to show gains if any (public)
area for details of current and past workouts to show which were more or less effective (public)
some way of collating all data to show which workouts are more effective for certain ages nationalities weights e.t.c
Cheers

* color key on the calender that shows the days you recorded a mesurement, days you worked out, days you skipped, and future days...each a diff color..
* On the same page as the calender provide your total gains made based on mesurements entered....as motivation
* On the same page provide an option box to provide the gains made by you public to everyone...so in a seperate section on the forum it would list your name the gains you've made to date (dynamicaly) and maybe provide a section for a comment by user...
* Provide some way to setup their data when they first begin using the system. Allow them to edit their weight and system used but nothing else after they started the system (see below)
-on this screen provide a place to enter age/sex(lol just kidding)/race/height
-also provide the current weight of the user as well as what system they are using (just PE or PE+something else like pills or power jelq)...as far as what system they are using you should probably make it a combo box to group the data easier.
-the weight field and the field for what system they are using at that time should be changable in the future...for example if the user buys pills or loses weight or buys a power jelq that would change those fields and mess up the data recorded...the system needs to recognize such changes and be able to properly group the data
-perhaps additional info would be daily normal work out routines...maybe an option box to judge how active they think they are...or a text entry so they can just say what they do <-might be usefull later for recomendations
* Provide a report system based on data collected
-one that shows gains over time
-one that shows an increase or decrease in gains...maybe with a bar chart and at the bottom show how many times the user exercised from the previous mesurement to the current mesurement.....maybe hightlight bars that show a decrease or increase in gains when a change is made to their routines per day
-provide a similer chart as above for amount of total time spent on each day
-provide a simple text based report that shows all changes made in their workout (everything from changing the system they are using to changing the number of days on or off.....to any increase in one exercise or another) from any set given dates (probably between two or more mesurements....for such data to be usefull at least three mesurements would have been taken...between the first and second would be one amount of gains made based on a routine and between the second and third would be another amount of gains made based on a routine...you would simply show the change between the gains made and also the changes the user made in their routine)...To keep things simple you should probably just limit the dates the user can select to review from using the dates they mesured on. If they choose the start and end dates far enough apart that there are several mesurements between maybe you should allow the user to select to give a report for each time frame between those or alow them to select a single middle point and judge everything before that and everything after that`. A simple line graph with gains over time could be usefull for selecting a middle date
-after enough data has been collected you could begin making consultations and make suggestions a user could make to their routine to see the most gains possible by comparing their current routine to another similer user's routine to date
* On day to day data entry
-Provide one list on the left with all exercises in it (maybe allow the user to add their own), provide a simple text box for the time spent in minutes on an exercise, provide a command button to add it to a list on the right (list of exercises done for that day) that says add, and of course a list on the right.
-Provide a memo box for the user to make any additional comments for that day
-provide an optional section for the user to enter a mesurement for that day (note to them that the system would work better if they have standard days to mesure and record instead of whenever the heck they feal like it)
* Allow the user to go back and click on any day to view the exercises they did for those days.
* Maybe next to the calendar each week show the accumlitive gains made (yes I know it's redundent but they may notice a jump and then request a report to see why it happened)....
*Maybe allow a year view of all months with gains listed somewhere next to weeks or months...dunno running out of ideas.
I think that's enough to build a RADoc on...lol The most important thing though I think is to avoid using a spreadsheet or a table view just to be user friendly.
As far as the avatar thing goes....I think it's a good idea as long as you have to choose from a set selection of pictures....I know most of us don't want to see what I'm sure most users will want to post as their avatar.
Thanks for considering my idea! If you want I could come up with some sort of Entity type Relationship diag for the DB.

The first brick you lay down to build a house is the hardest! All you've got in front of you is just that, a plain brick! However, as you build and build, pretty soon that plain brick looks like a millionaire's mansion!
It'll get there! :)
