I have been doing the following streches six days a week:
* 10 reps @ 30 secs
* 10 reps Helicopter
Both of them pretty focused and placing my mind on them feeling how the lig does strech.
But i've noted that I'm not able to pass 18 cm in lenght.
I wanted to change 3 of those 6 days and make a new routine for those 3 days.
I would appreciate any experimented person help me to make this new 3 days routine to mix up with my current.
Thanks !

Try doing your girth work on the other days.

OK but only 3 days a week devoted to strech ? Is it enough ?
Should I also add any other kind of strech for those 3 days ?
Regards.

Yes, it's enough. Stretch correctly with that one exercise and you won't need any others for that day.

Why do you need so many stretches. Try doing one stretching exercise per workout and maxing out on it. If you're concerned about lig vs. tunica stretches, you can always do a different stretch later in the week.
