View Full Version : Time to change my routine? Your views please.

I have been on the free consultation for length routine for about 7 weeks now. I've been doing PE for 11 weeks in total. I have not really seen any erect gains at all but have seen a bit of flaccid gains. I was wondering if I should change my routine now? I do 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, this way i always work mon tue wed fri and sat. I also have 2 bottles of pro solution pills on the way which I am hoping to make a difference, what is everyones opinions? Thank you :)

cascas I am really worried about you mate... You do not seem to be seeing the gains that you should be making. Are you doing the exercises intensively enough? Eg when you are doing the jelq can you feel it pulling?

Maybe it is time to change your routine, like interchange an exercise or maybe a couple for example. Its seems to me that you might be experiencing a plateau. This is where a person reaches a point of minimal, or no gains, and is hard to get out of!

Your penis has probably become used to the exercises that you have been doing for 7 weeks, because it develops a "memory", and knows just what is going to happen next! Doing the same thing over and over and over gets to be monotonous and really, boring. Adding some new exercises, or ones that you haven't done, will motivate you.

I myself occasionally re-adjust my routine every so often so that it doesn't become redundant and boring. When this happens, if you don't change every so often, you begin to slip into a frame of mind where you will absentmindly perform the exercises. Basically you just go through the motions, now! Your concentration and focus are now not where it should be, and your technique, instead of being a well executed one, now becomes a sloppily performed one! :(

How do you get yourself out of a plateau and into a growth phase? You could do a few things. One is increasing the intensity level that you perform your exercises at!

Another method is to perform a shock routine, which is simply extending the duration of the exercises and the intensity slightly. For example, instead of jelquing for 15 minutes, jelq for 20 or 25 minutes. If you jelq by quantity, for example, 100 in your normal routine, try 200, 300 or even 400!

What you are trying to do by doing this is to introduce the idea of extreme overstimulation to your penis, something which it has not experienced before! And hopefully, this would kickstart your penis out of the stagnant stage into the growth stage. I recommend that you do this on the last day of your 3 on days and allow for adequate rest time to heal and recover.

Or, on the other hand, maybe you need to give your penis a break from the PE, and just take an extended resting and healing vacation. Maybe take off a week, and then start again, with a brand new routine! Gains come when you allow for ample rest, and usually, 1 day off suffices in schedules, but maybe this will also "shock" your penis because instead of it "remembering" that there is a session to be done today, it gets rest! And the day after, and the next, too, and so on! Your penis will be refreshed and sufficiently recovered to begin again anew. :D

i have upped the intensity over recent weeks. Im going to continue the consultation routine for next week, then I will start week 13 with a modified routine, and hopefully my prosolution pills will have arrived to compliment the start of my new routine.

Do any of the experienced PE users have some suggestions as to what i should change my routine to? I'd like to keep the workout time the same if possible. Also I'm mainly after length at this point. My current routine is below.

Warm up in bath
4 minutes long schlong
1 minute long schlong heli
2 minutes straight downward stretch (4x30 sec reps)
5 minutes normal jelq
5 minutes pressured long schlong
2 minutes straight downward stretch (4x30 sec reps)
6 minutes jelq and hold
4 minutes PC weighted
Warm down in shower

Thanks for everyones help input, it will all be considered when i decide how to proceed with my routine at the end of next week :)

I noticed some more gains by just increasing my jelq time and cutting out other exercises. Maybe doing to many different things in a short amount of time wouldn't be as helpfull as just doing a few things over longer periods of time....

I dont believe stretching does really a whole lot. I suggest more jelqs and jelq variants. You could also try a PJ and work with it in both low-erect and high-erect states. Low is good for length and high is good for both girth and lengh I believe.

If all esle fails you could try hanging, if done correctly it can be as safe as doing manual PE.

Just my opinion though, whatever works for you!

Thanks for everyones help and feedback, I have decided to have this week as a break, and will recommence PE on monday, hopefully armed with ProSolution Pills if they arrive by then! I am currently considering what to put into my new routine :)

The week off PE will only do your penis good! All this time to allow your penis to heal and recover may be what will stimulate your penis to grow!
