Help! My size genetics traction device broke on me. I lost both of the small metal cylinders that fit into the plastic ring base. You know the ones that pop into the holes on each side of the base. Its the most essential part because the long rods screw into them. I need to know the part number for these pieces so that I can order some more.

is it possible to get the pieces that lock in a certain position? the one's with the grip at the base to turn it?? mine got rusty...and what are they made of? i was hoping it was possible to sand it down to remove the rust.

The part number 4 (with the milled grip base) should screw into the base to keep everything rigid in the same position.

We would not reccomend that you sand down any part of the SizeGenetics system, I would reccomend that you try cleaning the parts with detergent, and apply oil to stop any further rusting.
