I've been trying the size-genetics system here and there, but have just started to have a proper go at this. I've read the book, and numerous threads, but still have a couple questions...
1) I like to masterbate.. and have a very active sex life when my girl's back from school (she knows that i'm going doing this) and i'm curious when using the tractoin device does the same 3 hours before/after use stick? and does masterbating slow the effects? (not cutting out the sex haha)

2) I work shift work, and it's hard for me to wear it at work... the book says 9 hours... or 4 with the "special" system... how long do you (those who've used and had good results) wear it for.. and when should i take it off. I can stand it for the full 2 hours, but the tip gets really cold.. and sometimes, more discoloured than others.

3) just to clarify.. you add the segments to the tensioner for the length.. then use the screws at the bottom to get the tension?

3) how long did it take you?

Thanks for all your time, and help.. can't wait to join the 7 inch club!

I'm new too so I cannot mention timing or experience. However, on the andro medical site they mention the screws at the base are just to lock the device into a certain direction (e.g. tighten the screws to make the device stay up, down, striaght out). To add tension, you add the screw-on length screws. Starting with the .5 cm. The start length creates a certain amount of pressure to your stretch. Following the programme as outlined in the manual creates more pressure as you progress, getting the penis tissue used to the traction. Start slow so you don't hurt your tissue. Also, the manufacturer states it is okay to miss 1 day, but add more time to the next day. Rest periods are brief brakes during the 9 hour period per day, not taking a day off.

The springs in the device create the tension. The more length screws yoou add the greater the tension created by the springs. Don't forget to oil the shaft. I opened the pieces that enclose the springs, removed all the pieces and used a q-tip soaked in WD-40, slid it down the shaft and put it back together. My device isn't messy or anything with the oil now, but it does slide with ease and doesn't lock.

Let's get an answer to the cold penis head question as I'm experiencing it too! Thanks
