Hello for anyone that can help me out here. I have not really gained much. I use to do it on and off. I am finally keeping with it for 2 days now without goin on and off.

I would like to gain length and girth. How many reps of exercises should i do. I try to do a time limit but I can only get 3-4 reps done with in the 6-10 time limits.

Also on the curving exercise do you have to warm up??

I am not familiar with this stuff at all but wiling to try and keep up with it.

I use atleast an hour of my time everyday on this but i dont spend a hour on exercise somtimes i would go on the computer for about 10 minutes should i just continue right throgh till eveerything is done. I say i spend atleast 25 mins a day on exercising or more.

Does anyone have any other tips on lasting longer from doing the PC muscle exercise?

Thankyou.

There's no other way to put it, but, you'll have to become a lot more focused, determined, and motivated to realize gains. Have you ever heard that saying that goes somewhat like "you get out of it what you put into it"?

You are going to have to become more organized with your routine, and also be a lot more consistent with respect to your exercising!

As I understand it, according to you, you are only able to do 3 to 4 jelqs in a time frame of 6 to 10 minutes?

Here are some recommendations to get you started.

First off, reread all about the exercises and how to perform them correctly. Then reread it again, and again. Learn how the technique is done! Watch the video clips! You should now have a decent understanding of how the process works, from beginning to end. If you are having trouble remembering how to do an exercise, print out the page and have it handy by your side for quick reference when you do get stuck!

Secondly, set aside a time frame, based on the routine, and at a specific time during the day. Let this be your time, not the mailman's time, or the newspaper's time, and especially not the computer's time. You want to devote all your attention to the session you are about to do! You want to get the best possible results, and this means being dedicated and motivated, and focused!

You have said that you have an hour to spare for PE. This is all you need. This does not mean you have to do exactly 60 minutes of PE. If all it takes is 30 minutes, that is all the time you need.

After rereading your post, I get the impression that you probably jump around in your routine, doing certain exercises at sporadic intervals. This tends to lead to confusion and a general feeling that you are at a loss of what to do!

reread the exercises, become familiar with how to correctly
do them, and watch the video clips to see how they are done

set aside some time for you to do your session

most importantly, stay focused, concentrate on doing the
exercises properly, and don't let any distractions be a reason
to stop. Finish the session in one complete go, don't do some
here, some there, maybe a little bit later. Do it all at once! Be
organized!

I hate to say it, but how bad do really want to see those gains? It will take dedication, committment, preserverance, motivation, and nothing but good old fashioned work to achieve your goals.

We are here to lend you support and guidance. If you have any questions, or want to share an idea or comments, please do.
