View Full Version : Length Exercise - Difficulty

I've been PEing just over a month but now when I try to do length stretches, I can't feel the pull anymore or rather the 'stretch'. I don't know what's wrong. Before when I did it, I could feel the pull/stretch, now it's really hard to get that feeling for a sustained amount of time. Has anyone else been feeling this? I felt that when I got this pull/stretch feeling, the results were very apparent, so I'm trying to attain this feeling, but I feel like I'm getting immune to it and it doesn't do anything. Usually when I do the length exercises I pull as hard as I can.. Any advice? Btw I've been doing BTC and LS heli stretches.. And I'm also having trouble pulling it nowadays as my grip is slipping, unlike before. I've been holding it at the head..Any suggestions?

Stretch at a different angle or do a different stretch altogether- perhaps one that targets the ancillary ligs (like the side to side stretch).

I know what you mean.

I do the BTC stretches, the Long Schlong Heli stretch, Bundles Double Tunica Stretch, and Power Stretch...

This means I basically cover every side and I'm starting to feel what layzie is feeling. I can still feel a little of it stretching at different pts but its as if its not working ha

For a better grip try using a piece of toilet paper.I feel I can stretch more using it...

instead of toilet paper, use baby powder. Toilet paper irritates the skin too much from my experience.

If your not feeling any stretch, then it's time to test out a new stretch altogether for a while. Always provide new stimuli when you feel like gains are lagging.

when i am jelquing straight dowen i feel some liaments stretching ios this a good thing working on lenth as well

Use baby powder rather than wet towel as someone else said it can irritate your skin

I am now six weeks in and noticed the same thing starting in week 5. I focused on the side to side a bit more (As Big Al recommended) and am feeling the stretch in the ligs pretty good again.
