I do not have access to the internet regularly and wondered if PH supplied booklets or pamphlets with the same information accessible over the net...?:sm33

I don't belive so, but I belive you can print out the exercises if I remember correctly.

We do not currently offer manuals however at the end of May beginning of June we will be bringing out a DVD which will contain all of th exercises to watch at your leisure :D
We are also looking at doing cut and keep cards, basically summaries of the exercises that are easy to print and keep in your wallet, pin to a board or whatever you wish to do with them!!
The DVD will ROCK!!! :sm27

WOW! You are coming out with a DVD? Man that is great! This will really help in my opinion, getting quality videos on some peoples computers can be a real pain!

Paul, sorry to be a bit thick, bit do I get WMV files or MPEGs if I register now? I don't want to pay for a load of stuff I cant access, LOL!

All the files are WMV so will play on just about any computer.

i don't believe so. don't think there is an option to save them to disk.
