password doesent work

hello i joined p. help back in decembre but now my password doesent work anymore.
isnt it supposed to last a lifetime. Everytime i send in a mail i dont get an response
does anybody have the same problem or even now how to help me . At some point i heard something about an ordernumber but i dont have one . I simplie sent in 50 euros back in decembre and then i got my passord everything worked fine till now:(

Also if you know any ref numbers you have for previous tickets you have submitted they would be useful.
