Does anyone know of a device(that can be bought or made) that can help you with getting a good kegal workout? I have seen one in a catalog I have at home but it looks like it works more of the buttocks and thighs rather than the pc muscle. ;) INTENSE EXERCISES FOR INTENSE RESULTS:D

Is what you are describing somewhat like an electro-stimulator which inputs low frequency shocks to the affected area, making the muscles twitch slightly? Yes, I have seen such a product like this, where you apply patches to various areas of the body and by adjusting the voltage levels, you can vary the amount of stimulation. It purportedly is to develop the muscle tone.

Since it can be done over a long period of time at very low frequency, you could supposedly use it for a very long time, so it says!

Oh!! You mean those electro muscle stimulators that were the latest craze last year like the ABTRONIC? Have you tried this method for a good kegal workout? Is there anything else besides a electro muscle stimulator that I can use instead?
