Yes, smoking will have definitely more of a negative impact when trying to accomplish PE. :(

The nicotine that exists in cigarettes acts as a vasoconstictor. This means that the blood vessels will tighten up, leading to restriction of blood flow.

If you think about it, male's erections depends on a healthy blood flow. It has been proven that smoking can lead to softer erections.

You are doing more bad than good for your penis when it comes to smoking.
